RLCCA 2015 convention

The 2015 Convention of the Republican Liberty Caucus of Californiawill be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015, in Sacramento, California. The exact time and location are still TBD.

The following RLCCA Officers and Directors will be elected at the Convention:

  • Chairman
  • Vice Chairman
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • At-Large Director (special election)
  • Regional Director, Central (special election) — Central Region covers Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Monterey, Sacramento, San Benito, San Joaquin, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz, Stanislaus, Tulare, Tuolumne, and Ventura Counties

All dues-paying RLCCA members who are registered to vote as Republicans in California are eligible to run for Secretary, Treasurer, or At-Large Director. Candidate for Central Regional Director must reside in that region. Candidates for Chairman or Vice Chairman must also have served as members of the RLCCA board for six months and have been members of the organization for two years.

Nominations are now open, and will remain open until Saturday, February 14 (14 days prior to convention). If you wish to make a nomination, please email contact@rlcca.org. All nominations must be seconded.

The Convention may also consider bylaws amendments and public policy resolutions, which may be proposed by either a majority of the Board of Directors or a petition of 25 regular members. If you wish to present such a petition or to recommend a measure for consideration by the board, please email contact@rlcca.org no later that Monday, January 19.
