AB 840 — Expanded Distracted Driving Warning in Drivers Licence Applications
Analysis This bill would add to the drivers’ licence application a section requiring applicants to acknowledge that they are aware of the dangers of distracted driving. This bill would incur a small amount of expense to taxpayers and hassle to licence applications, for what seems likely to be no real benefit.
